By accessing and using the Ambica Dental Laboratory website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all users including dental professionals, clinics, hospitals, and visitors.

1. Services

Ambica Dental Laboratory provides dental prosthetic fabrication services including but not limited to zirconia crowns, bridges, implant prosthetics, clear aligners, dentures, and orthodontic appliances. All services are provided to licensed dental professionals only.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders placed through our website, WhatsApp, or phone are subject to our standard turnaround times and pricing. Rush orders may attract additional charges. Payment is due as per agreed billing terms. We accept UPI, bank transfer, and cash (for local pickups).

3. Quality Guarantee

We guarantee all fabricated restorations will conform to the prescription provided. In the event of a fabrication defect, we will remake the restoration at no additional charge within 7 days of delivery, subject to verification.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ambica Dental Laboratory's liability is limited to the fabrication of dental prosthetics as prescribed. Clinical outcomes depend on patient factors and clinical technique, for which the treating dentist is solely responsible.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information you share with us.

5. Data Collection

We collect doctor name, clinic name, contact details, and case information necessary to fulfill your orders. We do not collect patient identifiable information unless explicitly required for clinical documentation.

6. Data Use

Your information is used solely for processing orders, communicating about cases, and improving our services. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties except as required by law.

7. Data Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.
